Winter Salad Response

One more response from last week's challenge...

Here is my favorite winter salad.

Ingredients:
2 cans of whole beets drained and shredded
1/4 cup shredded onion


Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Mix dressing well or shake in a jar. Put shredded onion and beets in a bowl and toss with dressing. Enjoy !
